We're a husband-and-wife-to-be photography team who believe the best wedding photographs happen when you feel comfortable enough to forget the cameras are even there.
We photograph weddings together because two people simply notice more. One of us may be focused on the moment everyone is watching while the other catches the reaction happening across the room.
But more than anything, we want you to feel like you have two people in your corner—people who know when to give direction, when to help, and when to get out of the way and let the moment happen.

MEET DERRICK
The storyteller
I've spent the last nine years photographing weddings, but my life outside photography has looked pretty different. I served nine years in the United States Air Force and later found my way into heavy highway construction—so I'm just as comfortable around trucks and job sites as I am walking into a wedding with cameras in hand.
I think those experiences shaped the way I approach wedding days more than I realized. Show up prepared, pay attention, stay calm when plans change, take care of the people around you, and do the job well.
These days, the center of my world is Stephanie and our family. Between the two of us, we have four kids and we're building a life together. Maybe that's why, after nine years of photographing weddings, I'm less interested in creating perfect-looking moments and more interested in preserving the real ones.
The photographs matter. But the people in them matter a whole lot more.
MEET STEPHANIE
Stephanie has spent years working in real estate, a career she genuinely loves because, at its heart, it's about people, relationships, and helping someone through an important chapter of their life.
That same instinct follows her into wedding days. While she's behind the camera documenting the story alongside Derrick, she's also the person paying attention to everything happening around it—keeping an eye on the timeline, noticing when someone needs help, straightening the little things, and making sure the people in front of her feel taken care of.
She's calm, thoughtful, and naturally steps in when something needs to happen without making the day feel managed or staged.
Away from weddings and real estate, family is everything to her. She's an incredible mom, deeply devoted to the people she loves, and brings that same care into the way she photographs other families beginning a new chapter of their own.

Most days, life looks a lot less polished than the photographs on this website. We’re raising four kids, building a life together, balancing careers, chasing plans, and figuring things out as we go.
We love beautiful weddings, but we’re real people first. And when we show up on your wedding day, that’s exactly how we want it to feel—comfortable, easy, and like you have a couple of people there who genuinely care about you.
